CPM Partners provided scheduling assistance to Santa Ana Watershed Project Authority for the Inland Empire Brine Line, Reach V Rehabilitation & Improvement Project.

Project Synopsis
The Inland Empire Brine Line, Reach V Rehabilitation & Improvement project included the evaluation of approximately 27,000 linear feet of existing 24-inch diameter PVC pipe, installation of approximately 23,000 linear feet of cured-in-place-pipe (CIPP) rehabilitation, construction of nineteen (19) maintenance access structures, replacement of fittings and appurtenances, and temporary bypassing of brine flows.

Services Provided
CPM Partners services included review of bid documents to eliminate potential disputes and claims, and review of the contractor’s baseline schedule and monthly updates. CPM Partners also advised SAWPA during construction contract administration by providing recommendations and formal responses to Contractor initiated issues which mitigated impacts to the project and protected SAWPA’s interests.
