SANDAG – LOSSAN Rail

Project Synopsis
CPM Partners provided Program Management support services for the Los Angeles-San Diego-San Luis Obispo (LOSSAN) Rail Corridor stretching from the Orange County Line to the City of San Diego’s Santa Fe Depot in San Diego County, CA.

Twenty-three construction projects were managed under this program for the San Diego County section of the corridor. Projects included bridge replacements, installation of new second main track, track realignments, other track improvements, and non‐track improvements such as grade separated pedestrian crossings, inter track fences, station improvements, and new transit centers.

Services Provided
As a subconsultant, CPM Partners provided program management support services to SANDAG including program coordination, budget and schedule analysis, project lifecycle evaluation and budget projections against actual data and documenting major milestone events that resulted in project changes.
